Gilbarco is also the leading supplier of forecourt equipment to the Petroleum Industry in Australia and has been providing these Petroleum Products and Services since 1929. Gilbarco Australia Pty Ltd was the first company to offer and has been in the forefront of developing Fixed Price Maintenance Agreements for Service Station Petroleum Equipment for the benefit of its major customers within the territories Gilbarco has controlled since its inception. In more recent times Gilbarco has developed the inclusion of programmed inspection and preventative maintenance services as part of these services. These agreements have been used as models for similar agreements that have been implemented in NZ, South East Asia, Africa ,UK and Europe by each of the Major Oil Companies to replace “adhoc” fee for service arrangements. Since 1980’s Gilbarco were also the first company to develop and offer the inclusion of Key Performance Measures that are now commonly included in these agreements.  Gilbarco is the only truly National Company, which employs its field staff directly to ensure the standard and key performance measures of service contracted for can be delivered.

National Call Centre

Gilbarco utilises a National Call Management System, G-Serve, developed in Australia by Gilbarco’s Information Technology department and tailored to suit the service business. This allows Gilbarco the freedom to customise our system to meet individual customer requirements.

Project and Installation Services

Gilbarco Australia Pty Ltd can manage your installation requirements on an ‘end to end’ basis or assist in design and build projects incorporating the supply and installation of both above and below ground fuel storage systems (including all civil work requirements), associated products which include a comprehensive range of retail or commercial fuel dispensing pumps, automatic tank gauges and fuel management systems.
